The exposed mullion insulated glass curtain wall is an upgraded version of the exposed mullion system, using insulated glass units (double or multi-layer glazing with an inert gas layer in between) to improve thermal and acoustic performance. The exposed aluminum framing serves as the primary load-bearing structure while also creating clear grid lines on the façade surface.
